The Halifax Edition

East Coast finale — phở meets the sea.

The tour closes where Canada meets the ocean. Halifax's waterfront hosts a seafood-meets-Vietnamese fusion pavilion (phở with Nova Scotia scallops, anyone?), live đàn bầu performances against the harbour, and a fireworks finale over the water to close the 2027 season.

Yes, but gate tickets are $3 more and weekend passes often sell out. We strongly recommend buying online in advance.

Is the festival accessible?

All venues are wheelchair accessible with accessible washrooms, viewing platforms at main stages, and quiet zones.

Can I bring my dog?

Leashed, friendly dogs are welcome in outdoor areas. Service animals always permitted.

What about rain?

Flavours of Vietnam runs rain or shine. A handful of demos move under cover in bad weather — check our social channels day-of.

Are there vegetarian or vegan options?

Absolutely — roughly a third of our vendors offer vegetarian/vegan dishes, clearly marked at each booth.
